Exotic Generation Spain 2027 categories and styles.

The 2027 edition uses Amateur, Semi-Pro, Pro, Stars, Doubles and Groups across Old School, Flow, Hard and Theatre styles.

Choose the level that matches your current competition experience.

The 2027 edition includes Amateur, Semi-Pro, Pro, Stars, Doubles and Groups. Competitors placing 1st or 2nd in any recognised pole competition must move to the next category level.

Amateur

For competitors beginning their Exotic Pole competition journey, students with limited stage experience, and dancers who have not placed 1st or 2nd in a recognised pole competition.

Semi-Pro

For competitors with more stage or competition experience, including instructors or dancers who have already moved beyond amateur level.

Pro

For high-level competitors, professional performers and dancers with advanced technical, artistic and competitive experience.

Stars

For established competitors and recognised representatives of Exotic Pole with strong competition records, titles or festival achievements.

Doubles

For two performers where synchronization, interaction, partner work, choreography and shared use of the pole and stage space are central to the routine.

Groups

For three or more performers where group composition, timing, transitions, visual impact and collective stage presence define the performance.

Choose one of the four 2027 styles.

Storylines and written concepts are only permitted in Theatre. Old School, Flow and Hard routines should stay focused on their movement language without a storyline submission.

Old School: classic sensual Exotic Pole with clear poses, body lines, floor dance, attitude and stage presence.Flow: continuous movement, smooth transitions, musicality, legwork, floorwork and fluid connection with the pole.Hard: powerful dynamics, tricks, strength, control, sharp rhythm changes and high-impact transitions.Theatre: character, concept, storytelling and stage composition. Written concepts are required and must be approved.
