RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. BASIC PROVISIONS

1.1. The participant must be over 18 years old. 1.2. The participant must not have medical contraindications to dance / sports. 

1.3. The participant must comply with the requirements of the organizers and their representatives, follow the rules and procedures during the preparation and holding of the festival. 

1.4. The participant has the right to refuse to perform for health reasons at any time. 

1.5. Judges and organizers reserve the right to disqualify a participant who violates rule (a) at any time during the festival 

1.6. The participant must not be under the influence of narcotic substances or alcohol. 1.7. Participants of the competition and persons admitted by the organizational group may be in the locker room. Smoking, drinking alcoholic beverages, and using narcotic substances are prohibited in the locker room. 1.8. The decision of the judges is final and indisputable

1.9 .The duration of the music is from 2:30 to 5:30 minutes, depending on the CATEGORY and LEVEL. The timing of a musical composition is determined by the organizers for each specific category. 

1.10 .The participant must go on stage to present his festival program according to the order of performances announced by the organizers. Skipping one’s turn or delaying going on stage (for any reason), entailing a delay in the program of the event, is regarded as a refusal to perform and entails disqualification. 

1.11 In case of refusal to perform for any reason, the participation fee will not be refunded. The contribution for the video selection of participation is a CHARITABLE DONATION. 

1.12. By making a Contribution for participation, you give the right to publish all photos and video materials from your performance and backstage.

2. COSTUME AND IMAGE 

2.1. The participant must perform in a neat, well-fitted suit. The costume should fit the participant in size. 

2.2. The clothes of the participants throughout the festival must not contain advertising. 

2.3. The participant’s costume must be suitable for the idea of the dance. 

2.4. The costume should reflect the nature of the chosen music. 

2.5. The suit must cover all intimate parts of the body and not open them when moving. 

2.6. It is forbidden to use costumes, including any costume parts made of spikes and other sharp objects.

 2.7.It is mandatory to have specialized shoes – strips. Boots or jackboots are allowed in the suit. 

2.8.It is allowed to work in gloves, in wristbands on the hands and feet, as well as in knee pads, but they must be “scenic”.

3. HAIRSTYLE AND MAKEUP

 3.1. Stage hairstyle is mandatory

 3.2. Head ornaments and headdresses are allowed. 

3.3. It is mandatory to have stage makeup.

 

4. OTHER PROVISIONS 

4.1. The day before the competition and during the competition, the use of moisturizing lotions, creams and bronzers, etc. is prohibited.

 4.2. It is allowed to use means to improve grip with the pylon, except wax and resins. 

4.3. It is prohibited to use open fire and pyrotechnics during the performance. 

4.4. The use of decorations in the room and the involvement of assistants is allowed (if they have a stage appearance). 

4.5. Racial, interethnic, religious and other discrimination is prohibited, as well as the use of racial, interethnic and religious, sexual themes in speeches that carry an offensive or derogatory context. 

4.6. The organizers are not responsible for any possible injuries sustained during the event. All participants must have insurance at the time of the event. The participant takes full responsibility for his life and health during the festival. 

4.7. Explicit manifestations of sexuality are prohibited – kissing, explicit imitation of sexual intercourse, stroking intimate places, etc . 

4.8. By paying the participation fee, you agree to all of the above rules and regulations.

 4.9. The purpose of the festival is to develop and popularize the Exotic Pole dance style in the world. All contributions, including contributions for the festival in various countries, are a charitable donation for the above purposes.
